In a new twist, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Randy and Jermaine asked Michael Jackson’s estate to pay for their child support!
The Jackson 5 approached the estate to help them with the fees for their former Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza – who Randy, 56, and Jermaine, 57, each have two kids with.

The pair made the desperate move in the last 12 months after they had grave concerns they could face jail.
“Both Randy and Jermaine were behind on their child support payments - the only way they felt they could pay it was through Michael’s estate,” an insider revealed.

“Jermaine’s kids Jaafar and Jermajesty and Randy’s sons Donte and Randy Jr. were moved into a condo in San Fernando Valley owned by the estate to help with the legal fees a few years back.
“But, despite that, Randy and Jermaine felt they needed extra help and they pleaded with the estate’s for help.

“They were concerned that they could face jail time or even more charges in fines for falling behind on child support.
“However, their request was shot down immediately as the estate has no legal obligations to Michael’s siblings,” the source said.

"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

If Prince Nelson couldn't control information technology, WTF makes the siblings of the late Michael Jackson think that they can control it?!? lol Seriously.

CASE IN POINT: Lets say that Janet was successful in taking the smartphone away from Paris, it's very easy to find other people's desktops, laptops, smartphones, & tablets that Paris can still use to get her story out through Tweeter, Facebook, & YouTube. The last time I checked, internet access is still free at public libraries, McDonald's, Starbucks, and other food chains with wi-fi.

My focus was more on tact and discretion than technology, and I believe this is why Janet was attempting to snatch the phone from Paris. What needs to be settled, should be settled among family members. Don't turn this into a three ring circle, so that you can grab headlines if that's the intention. Now that this story is out, what now?

In fairness, I'm rather sadden by the Janet VS. Paris angle in this family feud.

"Like I said, this is not gonna well." - Timmy84 The facts, so simply stated.

I think that there just might be some Jackson family members looking at criminal charges. Or perhaps some civil liability. And they better hope that this does not turn out to be the last straw for Ms. Katherine. She, like Mike, just might put them outa her will; and this is where I believe some Jackson family members looking for money and power think they are gonna find it - Ms. Katherine's will. Seems like any issue might have been with Michael's will itself and they would need to take that up in a court of law, not with nephew Trent, not with Ms. Katherine, not with the court of public opinion, not with them teenagers, not with the estate... Does it indicate anything about their position that this business seems to be going everywhere but a court of law? Shady stuff.

[Edited 7/24/12 11:47am]

i might agree with you except for one thing: katherine really doesn't have anything.

in open court, right after mj's death, she told the probate judge she needed emergency funds b/c she had no other means of support except mj and a small soc sec check. based on her petition, the judge originally awarded her $26K; it's since been increased to $70K. i doubt even now that katherine is worth more than $500K, based on money she's been taking in independent from the estate. she may not have that.

so it's not about katherine's will for the siblings, but i think it is about getting the current mj estate execs off, and hoping that the court will appoint execs who are more amenable to her/them.

see, now that the debts on the estate are nearly paid off, most money coming in will be gravy, total gravy. however, the two johns still get to dictate how much money katherine will receive. it is highly doubtful that they will be giving katherine any exorbitant amounts from her share. mj's will is clear; katherine is a temporary beneficiary. she's entitled to money for *her* support for as along as she lives, and she can't will her share to anyone else after her death.

i dont' think the current execs are going to let her deplete her share of the estate in order to enrich her other children while she's alive. b/c in their long view, even katherine's share of the estate ultimately belongs to his children since her trust reverts to them on her death. so giving katherine unfettered access to her share would be like passing part of mj3's inheritance to mj's siblings - something mj did not want.

HOWEVER, what if you have different execs who will give katherine whatever money from her share? well, then the gravy train gets rolling again, and in an even bigger way than when mj was alive. that's what the siblings think anyway. that's why there's this push to force the execs out. but for any number of reasons, it's not going to work.

I honestly wouldnt put it past them. Those two have absolutely no scruples and no shame. Also they're desperate and greedy. Desperate, greedy folks can do some outrageously stupid things.

Actually Katherine may have played a part in it... when Alejandra was pregnant with Randy's child, she was already back home (I forgot where she lived, I need to read on that but I know it was somewhere in South America). Katherine heard that Alejandra was pregnant and told Randy to bring her back to live with the family. Randy literally went to where Alejandra was to get her back to the United States.

Yea but Katherine was just being sincere as a mother. It's not like she then knocked on Jermaine's door and told the woman to go hop in bed with him. I'm sure that wasn't her intentions. Ms. Alejandra has her own two legs and decided to open them for two biological brothers, thus making her children siblings/cousins. Like Precious.

I must admit although Paris definetly doesn't look like a Jackson, her behaviour reminds me of LAtoya, ever little conversation within the family must be feed to the media via twitter. If MJ was alive she probably wouldn't have a cell phone let alone a twitter account. Having said all that what ever Randy, Jermaine and co were trying to pull off it has failed miserably.
