Well I hope they party hard enough and loud enough that her corpse jumps up and starts dancin' too. People trippin' about some shit that doesn't make one difference in this world. Far less important than some of the ignorant hate that's been spewed in this thread.

The fact that they are STILL partying in the SAME hotel that she passed way (which is still as we speak under investigation and her body is possibly still there) at a location where she passed less than 8 hours ago is a bit MORE extreme than the comments in this thread

Its disrespectful...

I disagree as vehemently as humanly possible.

They're getting on with LIFE. That's what people do, even when somebody dies. Most of them are not her friends, family or even her peers. But as I said before, I'm sure most of them are talking about her.

Some of the comments in this thread perpetuate the same ignorant, hateful, racist bullshit that's running this world into the ground. I find that much more aggregious on every front.

No one ever said that it was sooo important. People have spoke on the disrespect in this thread also. N yes it does matter to many that her body is still at the hotel that they are partying at. Most people just cannot grasp the situation

confused Because they don't feel the same way as you "most people" are too thick to understand what's going on?

Anyway...

Centric went from a block of Whitney videos, ending with the National Anthem, to R Kelly's "In The Closet". Now that's offensive. lol

In a high profile case they will dot all the I's and cross all the T's, not to mention the logistcal nightmare of people and traffic surrounding the place. It's not that surprising that the body is still there.

I hope to God somebody is taking care of her daughter.

Before even getting to those thoughts, why in the hell were they announcing that she committed suicide period? This was around 8:15pm ET...around the exact same time the news was breaking. I'm pretty sure if it was a case of suicide, it would had been announced by now...so I doubt that was the cause of it.

I agree. Plus her family said that they didn't think nothing was wrong. She had called her mother and cousin about attending the Grammy party Saturday morning before she was reported dead in the afternoon. I don't know why people would jump into conclusion.

That's what so awful about this whole situation and has me sort of on edge. confused I can't stand those unexplained situations where everything is seemingly normal one minute and then the next, tragedy strikes. disbelief

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

i dont want to rewrite the same stuff on this topic - but that cut wrist thing is making me think more.....

Do you guys know Artie Lange?

He tried killing himself with a knife, lets say he stabbed himself 15 times, about 10 of them were defensive/minor cuts because he was scared to do it.....

Im thinking Whitney might have done the samething, maybe started too thought about it? Cut her wrist but not deep enough. THEN she is high, trying to sing and failing at it, then depressed and high with her "yes men".... then when she came down, she called her mom and other people, then when things were quiet she might have thought, "I cant sing, im high again, etc" and then killed herself with pills or something in a bath tub.

The slight cuts makes me think she was thinking about it, then went out, fucked up singing, then got high, came down and then did it???

That Artie Lange thing is kinda making me think... google about his suicide attemp. He "tried" stabbing himself but he couldnt do it, then he did.

I'm not going to pretend I'm a huge fan, but I've always respected her and how she's inspired vocalists, and it's a shame people can't even mention her. I know she's not MJ, but she is pretty huge and deserves more appreciation and respect, though she shouldn't have had to die to get it and was on her way back.

At first I was thinking "typical Hollywod" then I thought about it some more and I guess that people probably don't know what the hell to do, even Clive. Most of the invitees may not even have known anything till they got to the hotel.

Hopefully it will finally dawn on someone to call it a night under the circumstances...if they don't, then I gotta agree with ya.

There's a photo of her with Whitney earlier at the hotel so she's there. Grandma is home in NJ.

Whitney's body is still warm upstairs and Diana is babbling on about herself and can't even give one mention to Whitney. But that's Diana Ross for you.

It's also a perfect anecdote to sum up the entertainment industry.
