It's like who would really care at this point? They wasted 20 years chasing Michael for a reunion lol
The Jackson story has ended they really need to stop.

Jackie, Tito and Marlon don't have hits on their own, that's all the music they can do to perform... they were always in the background. It's like Mary Wilson of the Supremes. No one knows Mary for her solo material, the only reason people still see her is because she was a member of the Supremes and she sings the Supremes songs so I can see them doing Jackson 5/Jacksons records live. Not like it hasn't been done before by other groups when the famous lead singers either leave or die.
If they're smart, they'll do club dates and venue dates. That way they can bring in their own income rather than just getting performance royalties from their Jackson 5 work and publishing royalties from their Epic recordings.
I understand that but majority of the songs are Michael's solo hits, I can see if they were performing songs from the jackson 5/jacksons days but they're not that well known in europe like michael, janet, and to some extent jermaine and latoya. plus they have to see if they can get someone to sponsered the tour first
In other words, they can forgot about a sponsor. |

They still got delusions of grandeur in their head. Don't let me find out these fools are stuck in their childhoods too. And they talk about Michael being stuck in his childhood... it's like "brothers, it's not 1970 anymore!" |

^^Well maybe they can get some audience. People pay money to see imposter groups like The Ink Spots, Harold Melvin's Blue Notes, and The Platters where it is obvious there are no members from when they were originally out. Do people go to see The Temptations today to see Otis Williams? You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton |

It ain't like they can't get an audience but to be honest no one would really know who they are. |

Well I don’t know if they chose him but I googled it and the rumor (or truth about imposters) were the first things to pop up. But smh.

Like I wouldn't be surprised if they pick him if the rumor had any merit but if they did, then it would just confirm that no one would ever take them seriously. |

And you know what this would also do - unfortunately - it would make the public's opinion that "Michael's brothers were never as talented as him, they rarely picked up instruments and could hardly sing." And that's real sad as they had ample opportunity before June 25, 2009 to prove themselves... |

I think that has been the public’s opinions for years sadly. Honestly the only ones after Michael and Janet that had some talent were Tito , Randy and Jermaine imo.

Sadly, this is what the Joe and the rest of the Jackson family were BADGERING Michael to do when he signed up to do the 02 shows. What pisses the hell out of me is that this family was badgering Michael to do THEIR show; however, they want to say that Michael was an "addict" and couldn't do the "This Is It" shows. How the fuck would he have been able to do the shows that THEY wanted him to do? Btw, this is the so-called "intervention" that they were speaking of. Trying to break down the gates to get to him to do THEIR shows. What a family! I wouldn't go see them if they were performing around the corner.
i will never understand why alot of mj fans feel it was so terrible for his brothers to wanna get back together for a tour. thats what they did all their lives and they needed mj, who was the leader of the group, in order for them to be successful. who would blame them for trying to get him back out there. |

1. It seem alot of MJ fans dont understand that the Jackson 5/Jacksons were a very important part of black culture in the 70's and 80's. 2. MJ forgot what created the Thriller. He should have never left the group. After the Victory tour MJ should have declared himself the leader of the group. He should have told Joe to sit down and collect a check. It was his way or no way. He should have made Sony respect the group as much as they respected his solo career. Each Jacksons album should have contained 3 or 4 tracks with MJ on lead. This Is It should have about their 40th anniversary. I think it's sad and ridiculous to see MJ and his boy toys performing J5 songs.

Yeah! I don't get that either and I think it's highly annoying! The Jackson 5 are part of his legacy, the Jackson 5 are what started his career and some fans almost felt offended by the thought of the group doing something together again.

Going solo was the right step for him... he couldn't have done what he did by staying with them. His worldwide dominance only started after leaving his brothers. After the trial though he should have agreed to a family tour. That would have made his comeback so much easier and would have taken a lot of pressure off of him. |

That's a very interesting point. You know, if there was a perfect time for a reunion tour, that probably would have been one of the best times for it. Oh well.... |
