I've always hated this video, I saw it a few days after his death and it made me cringe. The quality is bad, karen faye is inexcusable, and though I know he didn't do it, his reactions to those awful questions are very weird and though I know he was disturbed by what he was being asked, it was just..... *smh* I guess it's disturbing seeing that as it is, I can't even tell what his expressions were properly in it, so it was very odd to watch.

I took his expressions in the video as a sign of his innocence on the charges. He was appalled at being asked those questions and he was in a situation where he could not express his full anger and began to tear up. I get that way myself when I'm forced to hold in my anger. I liked the part where he came around an began to explain what was written on the paper in a stern tone. I liked the part where he declared, "I'm not gay" in the same stern tone. For some reason, I liked seeing him use that tone.

He did not look his best in the video. This was a deposition, so he was not performing, so this is MJ in the raw so to speak.

Michael was firm in what he said in that video. Just sad that deposition had to happen. His expressions said it all.

It looked like he was trying not to laugh though I know that wasn't it, but I also know people react the opposite of what they feel too when under traumatic stress that it could look that way, I'm one of those people. And sometimes I have trouble reading people's expressions, though other times I could, but thanks for clarifying it for me.

I guess we now know what michael jackson looks like when he is trying his best not to punch you for going there sad I know, but I guess he looked like he really didn't want to be there though composed for the other parts of the clip

I remember when I got arrested by accident when I was in England, handcuffed on the street, put in jail and released later the same day with just "sorry, it was a mistake", I was laughing and crying at the same time. You just don't know what to make when something as absurd as that happens to you and all kinds of strong emotions just take over you.

Those expressions are all frustration & disbelief, like "I still gotta deal with this BS". Also it's likely that as a result of 93 settlement there would be gag orders on both parties so MJ wouldn't have been able to talk about it especially in another court action. Obviously the deposition was about trying to get MJ angry, to make him slip or something.

I like how he stayed as best composed as he could under the circumstances.

Sorry you went through that dag, I know the feeling of reacting funny when stressed too. When I first heard he died, I couldn`t feel the punch in my stomach I expected, I felt like I was floating around, like out of my body in disbelief, like I was the one who died, and a few hours later , I was giddy like nothing happened and laughing about my favourite mj quirks, but really, I was numb and in shock, and mad at myself for not crying for hours yet cause I do that easily. It was too much losing him that if I reacted, I was afraid of what I would do or feel cause it was too painful, and I was getting backaches and chest aches in place of the tears.

On a better note, I just got back from my Cirque show, and it was so amazing! I recommend going if you haven`t already planned to.
