Can someone who actually went to the show give us their view because to me, judging by different clips that i have seen so far, doesn't look that good. In fact, it looks like a cheap tribute to MJ, filled with things that makes it look like a mess. Maybe i'm wrong but i'm kind of disappointed by what i have seen so far.

Me too, increasing towards 99.9% certain. Too much evidence & fishy facts, like the length of the body and the coffin, among others. Just the fact that this woman has been threatened in her house and intimidated to shut up says it all. neutral

Thanks for posting.

And let's hope he's safe wherever he is...

MJ CIRQUE DU SOLEIL PREMIERE
Pole Dancing, Moonwalking, Zombies

It. Was. Awesome ... at least that's what EVERYBODY seems to be saying about the very first performance of the new Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil show -- which kicked off in Montreal last night.

Several members of the Jackson family reportedly looked on ... along with more than 13,000 screaming fans ... as the Cirque people danced, contorted and acrobatted through tons of MJ's greatest hits.

The tour is set to roll through 47 cities -- before setting up shop in Vegas.

Katherine Jackson will not attend Monday’s session of the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who’s charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of her son Michael.

Ms. Jackson left Los Angeles for Canada with Michael’s three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket, during the weekend to attend Sunday's premiere of Cirque du Soleil's "Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour" in Montreal.

Conrad Murray Trial Recap...On Arrival

A source close to the Jackson family told CNN the matriarch of the Jackson family would not return to the trial at least until October 10, since she will also travel to Cardiff, Wales, for a tribute concert for her late son.

I saw the Immortal Show last night in Montreal. By pure coincidence, the entire Jackson family sat two rows behind me in a VIP Box. I saw Prince, Blanket, and Paris. Along with Jermaine's kids and also Katherine. Quite the experience. I kept looking back to see their reactions.

The show wasn't a conventional Cirque. It was more like an extension of what the This Is It concert would've been like. But don't get me wrong, there were many elements of Cirque.

It was over the top, but in a good way because that's how MJ would've done it. The show started with "Working Day and Night" and ended with "Man In The Mirror". It got emotional with the songs Childhood and I'll Be There.

The music was done very well. There were elements of remixing, acapaellas, etc. For instance, Bad and State of Shock were mixed in together. But like I said, it was mixed in well. I liked that.

Those is like a conventional Cirque, may not like this. There was a lot of dancing. But this was an amazing show. It even had fireworks at the end.

Any questions...?

Yes. How did MJ's family react to the show? Also, were the dancers dressed like MJ and doing all the classic moves? How did they work in the trapeze, acrobatics, and other circus elements with classic MJ show elements?

The kids gave a standing ovation after the show... Everybody in the place did. They seemed to enjoy it. I just didn't want to stare too much. When Childhood was played at the beginning, it was emotional.

A lot of the costumes had lights. Human Nature was one of my favorite performances. That had acrobatics with lights on them while the stage was set for night with stars.

They Don't Care About Us had the robots dancing just like in This Is It... They also lit up with peace signs and hearts lit up on their chests.

The "main dancer" of the show was a guy that was just incredible. Unbelievable. He was dressed in sliver glitter with a cap. At the end, he grabbed a glove while Man In The Mirror was playing... The room was dark and the light was on the glove, similar to a MJ concert.

More is coming back to me from the night... Any other questions let me know

I've been to one Cirque show--years ago. I was really curious whether this show focused mainly on MJ dancers or did they have people doing acrobatics, trapeze, and rope performances in the background of the dancers? It sounds like a show I might actually enjoy--even if over the top--if it was done in a tasteful manner as a true tribute to Michael. I did enjoy the one Cirque show that I saw.

There were some acrobatics and trapeze. Don't remember anything on ropes. I would say there was much more dancing though. It definitely was a true tribute to Michael and tastefully done.

Come to think of it, I Just Can't Stop Loving You was all acrobatics and trapeze with a male and female. Some of the song was the Spanish version.

What about MJ holograms? They made a big deal about the show using MJ holograms or something. Was there any of that?

I guess in my head..I pictured there being a point in the show where it would look like via a hologram MJ was really there with the dancers.

Anything like that?

HOAX

So are we meant to belive that if MJ pulled a hoax - not only did inflict unbelievable pain and suffering on his family, friends, and fans worldwide, he also committed fraud by benefiting financially from his death and NOW he is going to let an "INNOCENT" man be tried and go to jail for his "fake" death?

Come on, now.

Thanks for this review. Sounds as fantastic as it better be. I'm going in a little less than 2 weeks. I just recently bought my tickets and paid a mint, for the price you'd think MJ was really going to be there. I almost had to slap myself. But I'm looking forward to having a really good time. Sounds as if you enjoyed yourself. How long did it last?

With the current trial, the hoax theory is even more surreal. What is MJ gonna do next--pull a reappearance like Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn? He attended his own funeral? razz lol Let's get real, people!

They said the judge in the trial looks like the dude on the screens in the Scream video lol

I think at this point it's an insult to his family to even suggest he would do it. I always said that, though at times, a few things made me wonder too if it was though I recognized at the same time it was happening to keep me from feeling sad. I think most who believe it are channeling their denial in an unhealthy way. Even if he was faking it, there is no way in hell he would reveal himself and lose the respect he has re-gained, yet some still believe he will tour again if he comes back.

I still laugh when the Hoax "believers" said for certain MJ would come back in July 2011.... um no.

Now they say - oh wait for the Tribute concert - uh huh.

Like all conspiracy theories, they are entertaining house of cards.
