I saw this earlier tonight and all I could do, was shake my head in disbelief....

Yea I was just saying in another thread that vid did not make the song any better....not that anything could anyway...it made the song worse for me...choreography was horrible..I saw about 60% and I couldn't finish.

Everything sucked humungous balls to keep it short and sweet.

Sorry not feelin this single and the video definitely disappointed.
She looks good and her dancing is on point but the concept I got lost. Women dancing with garter belts on, wild animals, and the location I guess its not suppose to make sense but the song is about female empowerment.

As usual this video was boring just like the rest of her videos. I didnt like the choregraphy if you even one to call it that. I did not get the theme of the video. It was all over the place but since this is overrated Beyonce it more than likely will be a hit. I just dont like some of the comments I have been hearing on the choregraphy in this video comparing it to Michael/Janet Jackson in THEIR PRIME is a BIT OVER the top. That shit she did is not dancing or nearly in a MJ/JJ league of any of the sort. The world has lost their damn minds

Not sure what to say about this one....the video is not the best.

But then again female empowerment needs some attention now and then.

And that's all Beyonce' is trying to do here. cool

I caught part of the video on American Idol tonight, and I just wondered, "Where's the melody?" This is an odd choice for a leadoff single, because there's nothing really to sing along to, and the beats are just a bunch of marching band-like drumming. Fleetwood Mac did a better job with "Tusk", and Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" at least had something you could sing/rap along with.

I suppose that's a possibility too lol

Exactly what I was thinking..."This is mighty hard to sing along to".

The original song was soooo kickass but unfortunately it was also so terribly overplayed like 3 years ago I got so sick of hearing it.

And now I hear this "new song" and always find myself laughing at it.

BEYONCE IS THE GREATEST. If you disagree, WE CAN FIGHT ABOUT IT. Lol. Her tireless work ethic + winner's mentality inspires everything I do.

Loved It, Loved It, Loved It! "4"

RunTheWorldVideo YES! im mad it wasnt the whole thing but the choreography at the beginning was SICK

Run The World" kinda reminded me of a female, militant version of MJ's "Remember the Time", which is a great comparison! Loved it!

The theme of the video as you said, the empowerment thing. lol

I guess it was against those male guards but then you had Beyonce on top of cars and blowing shit up with her hand like this was Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome. lol

I don't know why I expected something more. I should've known it would be basic as fuck.

The choreography was borderline comical. This should prove that this bitch can't do extensive choreography. All she's good for is shaking her ass and pussy popping.

All in all, the video won't save the song from flopping.

I actually remember a time I subscribed to their channel lol he lives with a weird family and they use to argue all the time. I had to unsubscribe because of that, plus they got too overly dramatic (Skorpion and Makael). I just left without saying goodbye. It was more like peace! and *SPRUNG*. lol

awful song, super hot video. love the dancing, especially the yellow/gold outfit scenes.

if there's one thing I really appreciate about Beyonce, it's her passion for proper choreography, especially with it being awfully lacking in show business lately.

"what's that book where they're all behind the wardrobe?"

confused ....You mean to tell me that someone had the audacity to compare this p-poppin', booty-droppin', "female empowering" catastrophe to MJ and Janet in their prime??

Even Janet could p-pop better than that.

Honey, stop talking and just create the music.
