Has anyone else heard about this? Apparently, some Indian filmmaker made a halfway Jackson biopic. (Clearly, the main character and plot was inspired by MJ and his passing, visually and storyline wise.) It is called, "A * is Killed"
Check out the trailer now. Discussion should be interesting.

Roger Taylor says they are working on unreleased MJ / Mercury songs
In the early 80′s, Freddie Mercury (the late lead singer of Queen) recorded 3 songs with Michael. Michael and Mercury were fairly good friends. According to Queen drummer Roger Taylor, it was Michael who suggested they release “Another One Bites the Dust” as a single. It was the band’s biggest hit in the U.S.
Anyway, Freddie stopped by Michael’s house to work on a few songs. They were “Victory”, “State of Shock” and “There Must Be More to Life than This”. The demos were ran through a few times but sadly left unfinished as both men had their own tours/albums to work on. Ever since, fans of both have been wondering how the songs came out, if they’d ever get the chance to hear them. A few years back, a box set of virtually every Mercury track recorded was released and fans had hoped the duets with Michael would be included. They were not. As yet, they have not been officially released anywhere in the world.
As some of you may know, “State of Shock” was released but with Mick Jaggar instead of Mercury. “…More to Life than This” ended up as a Freddie only track on his album “Mr. Bad Guy”. In an interview with a Belgian magazine Roger Tayler says “We are now working on some never-before-released songs that Freddy made with Michael in the early 80′s. I’m not allowed to say too much about it but they sound incredible!”. http://www.legendarymicha...nl/?p=4398

It's funny, y'all think we have great music, WE think y'all have great music. It's weird how we're more loving of other countries' music than we are of our own.

I remember being at another board where someone posted a pic of MJ and then put: People who never wrote their own music.
We argued and argued until someone was just like: [img:$uid]http://i.imgur.com/NJGQO.jpg[/img:$uid]
There you go. Anytime some bozo comes in with nonsense like that, just flash that macro (or something related) and put the shit back on them to prove themselves. Now that you have backed them into a corner they will begin to try and troll you, because they know that they are talking out of their ass or was just trolling the entire time. Actually, whenever someone starts ranting and raving about the allegations I tell them the same thing.
PROOF OR GTFO.
Then it's done, unless you got some loon, like this one person who claimed that they were dead set on getting revenge on him for the simple fact that he died before he could go to jail. Like WTF?!

New Docs Claim La Toya May Own M.J. Family Home
The war over Michael Jackson's family house has just heated up ... because legal docs have just been filed with the court claiming La Toya Jackson .... NOT the Michael Jackson Estate ... may actually own the home.

Don't get me wrong I think that the UK and the USA both suffer in the charts anyway with commercial rubbish. If you are not into the chart music here then it is difficult to find new artists out there. Artists here are dropped if they don't have consecutive number ones. They are giving no time to grow. This is less true of bands. My main issue with the UK way of looking at things is that if you don't play an instrument or write you are 'manufactured'. Whats wrong with just being a singer?? By that notion, Motown would have sunk without trace. I think im just getting old! I find myself saying more and more music isn't like it used to me. I am officially my Dad ‘You don’t understand — if I’m not there to receive these ideas, God might give them to Prince.’

I just remember your thread on KOP about british pop music
Mate, Bros are a guilty pleasure of mine. Great pop tunes. The Uk and Europe in general do pop well, but don't forget the likes of Terence Trent D'arby, now that man had great pop songs. I agree, both UK and much of Europe and Canada. US, it's good here and there. I loooove 80's music best and dance music of the 90's, and most of it turns out to be from Europe!

this actually has vilidity... i remember reading years ago that michael, when he purchased havenhurst from joe, gave the deeds to the house to la toya. his mother had the rights to live there, but he ultimately left it to la toya. of course, i can't find anything about it now. i remember reading it in a book, so it may even be in tarraborelli's book. i can't remember.
