I saw no real inclination that she's really that eccentric. Prince pulled it off. Michael pulled it off. George Clinton pulled it off. David Bowie defintiely pulled it off (because he kept changing and some folks couldn't really keep up with him ). But Gaga? It's 50/50, either she's really eccentric or tries too hard to be that. I think that's why people are saying that they don't compare.

Yes it is. But you know I go on other sites and folks think she was actually hot in it. Not saying she's ugly (because she's not) but she's getting TOO skinny... it's starting to concern me a bit.

His real name is Rick Genest but he goes by Zombie Boy. I think mainly he models like a living zombie/skeleton. That's what initially attracted people to him. He's a model on the circuit now and he's being promoted by Mugler. The Gaga connection came this year with him doing some kind of ad for Mugler (with one of the songs from Gaga's upcoming album) and this.

Visual illusion. The spikes on her face and shoulder give the illusion she is much thinner than she is. She shows off her phat ol behind in a couple shots and you can see its pretty plump and she isn't too skinny.

It looks like they had no time and money left for a choreographer so they just came up with some weird moves. And didn't have any time rehearsing them either.

So true. Prince never cared much for videos. It wasn't until the Lovesexy era that he put some thought into making a video. The rest of them were mostly stage performances (except Kiss and Raspberry Beret). It wasn't until I Wish U Heaven that he really tried 2 compete in the video arena.

Man I can only imagine... that's one of the main reasons I avoid Twitter these days. Some people I follow are "little monsters" and they can be quite loony when you disagree with them about Gaga.
