Alejandra Jackson -- baby mama to Jermaine and Randy -- still refuses to move out of the Jackson family compound ... but she is ready to spill family's secrets on a new reality show ... for the right price.

Sources close to Alejandra tell us she's in talks with several producing partners to star in a reality show along with her children. As we previously reported, she's also working on a tell-all book -- and we're told she's currently looking for a writer.

TMZ broke the story ... last month the Michael Jackson estate asked a judge to remove Alejandra and her kids -- Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. -- from the home.

That came after Alejandra turned down Katherine's request to leave the house so it could be renovated. Katherine offered Alejandra a condo if she signed a confidentiality agreement -- but Alejandra refused. Confidentiality agreements and tell-all books don't go well together.

We're told Alejandra feels she needs to make money -- from the reality show and the book -- because the fathers of her children are behind on support payments. For instance, Jermaine owes Alejandra almost $100,000 in back child support.

A hearing on whether Alejandra has to leave the house is set for March 15.

This is a woman that had children by two brothers that says alot about her character. How can she show her face on tv? Its so sad she's willing to sullen the Jackson name to become a reality star.

I think the public is smart enough not to support her show which I dont believe will be all that interesting. Her show would have to include other members of the family just to get people to tuned in.

she would not be the only person in that family to do that. as far as i am concerned, they are all trampling on the teacher's legacy. the blood relatives, sony and AEG. no one is immune from critique.

if they had any respect for their brother and son they would not be discussing anything about him in the media. they also would not allow what is happening to his catalogs.

the thing is, all this money NOT going to michael's children (and to katherine) could be used towards a good p.r. firm. they are allowing TMZ and them to put their business out there in the open because to this family, all news is good news, it seems.

to me, the ONLY people who should recieve ANY money from the 'estate' are michael's three children. if any money goes to katherine it should be for the sole purpose of caring for the kids. she is hooking up with howard man, and has made faulty quick-money deals over the years (like the moonies fiasco). NO ONE, and i repeat, NO ONE should recieve any of michael's money, except for PARIS, PRINCE AND BLANKET.
