R&B star Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy again.

The singer has filed papers in California, claiming she owes between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts.

Braxton alleges she's unable to cover the costs because she is only worth between $1 million and $10 million.

In the filing, the star lists a number of her creditors, including the City of Los Angeles Parking Violations Bureau and the Department of Motor Vehicles in California and Nevada.

Braxton previously filed for bankruptcy in 1998 and she was hit with a $400,000 federal tax lien in March.

OH HELL NO!! With a disability, I know what it is to have health issues, yet I am still able to manage my finances properly. She should know better and besides, her health has been much better compared to when they first came to light, two years ago. I have always said that when you give money to someone who is not used to having it, you should also supply them with an accountant and a shrink. There have been far to many people that seemed to loose their minds, when they come into money. This is why people like, Toni, Hammer, and a whole host of others have all had troubles. Okay so this just proves that she's been talking and texting too damn much on her cell phone bill, watching movies "on demand", buying $500 blouses, running through the jewelry store like it's a grocery store, has termites, thrown her car payment booklet in the trash, set off her security alarm accidentally all the time, refused to pay up on room service and threw her parking tickets out the window as she drove off from parking in front of a fire hydrant. She sounds like the folks who running around riding in BMW's when they can only afford to buy a Ford Focus.
