You guys can call this a desperate career move all you want. I think it's more of a F U moment and she's taking charge. Janet is explicit - image, lyrics, dance moves, etc. It's "her". She has always worn body suits. Nothing new.

And the whole dominatrix theme isn't new either. She always does one performance in all her concerts by inviting a male fan on stage and violating all his human rights. Regular Janet concert goers expect it.
