She said it because she has no sense and no, she doesn't run her own career. Daddy Knoweles does.

No, he does not. lol From Rob Stringer, the president of Sony(Her label):"Other artists pretend they have control over what the do. Beyonce really does. She's growing as an artist more rapidly than anyone thought."

Matt did when they(DC) were younger, but now it's pretty much ALL her. Of course she aurrounds herself with people who know their jobs and give good advice. She has a man name Steve Stoute is a great deal broker and he helps to get deals for her, like Loreal for example.

However, she really taking over her career around the B'day era. Paying producers to help her record songs(when labels are the ones who does that for their artists), paying for videos to be done when Sony decided that doing a Video Anthropology would be out of their budget. Bey has much more control than some like to think.

I'm not saying that Beyonce is a hell spawned succubus but she does have a very succubal quality to her. I'm just saying...

Seriously she does seem to have issues with letting others who were in her circle shine. Everytime any of the girls does something she comes out with something to divert attention from them. In my opinion Solange made a great CD and then her sister felt the world couldn't live without "I Am Sucha Farce". It's become very transparent.
When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

People on Prince.org hate Beyonce because :

1. She's black
2. She's talented
3. She's successful

I hate Beyonce's music even though, but the hatred against Beyonce is simply irrational. I've noticed the issue a long time ago, and I came to the conclusion that race has a LOT to do with that.

bye

 Why would people hate on Beyonce for being black, when she is being discussed on prince.org, which is dedicated to Prince (who is also black)? Can you please explain to me how and why you came to that conclusion? Your reasoning just does not make sense to me.

Why would people hate on Beyonce for being black ???

Because most people on Prince.org are not black. Most people on Prince.org are white.

Just because Prince is a black artist doesn't mean his fans are black. His fanbase is overwhelming white. Everybody knows that. And any black person who comes on prince.org will see it by the comments posted. We don't talk this way, we don't think this way, we don't act this way...

Second thing, the hatred I've seen so far on Prince.org against Beyonce (and also several other black artists) convinces me that RACE has a LOT to do with that. It's obvious. And people try to act like it's all fun. Bullshit. Some comments made against her are bordeline racist and offensive. Something that only white poeple would do.

We, black people don't make fun of our black artists like that. Never.

We, black people, always support our black artists. It has always been that way. Even those we don't like. We support them anyway because they're black. I hate Beyonce's music. I don't listen to her. But she's black, and if white people say something hateful against her, I will defend her regardless. Because she's black and I'm black. This is part of our culture. Black people have to deal with racism every single day.

The hatred I've seen so far on this site the past years against Beyonce goes FAR beyond just humor.

It has become irrational. It makes no sense. When white people bash a black artist for no good reason anymore it means that RACE may be the reason. Bashing black artists is not part of black culture. White people do it already pretty well.

You know, that's the same kind of hatred that President Obama gets every day from crazy white folks who say nasty things against him, his wife or his daughters. Same irrationality. Same hatred. White folks will say it's just criticism. But we black people,we know exactly what it is. Among all the white people who hate him, a big part of them hate him first of all because HE'S BLACK. Period.

And you won't change my mind on that...

Again, some white folks just can't accept the idea that black people succeed.

Ah...the good ol' race card, huh? lol

The man in your avatar is black, talented, successful and he is pretty much worshipped on this site.So much for your 'theory' wink

Maybe people don't like Beyonce simply because....her music sucks? hmmm Sounds like a valid reason to me.

The good ol' race card ???

Oh, I love Stevie Wonder so much, he behaves so well unlike most of these NEGROES...

We have already heard this kind of bullshit before.

There are TONS of white artists in the music industry who SUCK SHIT. TONS AND TONS.

TONS of white artists who make the WORST shittiest music on earth and sell millions worlwide... Who are FAR WORSE than Beyonce...

But don't come to me like if Beyonce was the worst artist you ever heard. Hell, even Prince way back in the late 90's was already praising Beyonce before she became a successful solo artist.

And Prince knows more about music than any fucking white person on earth.

It's obvious that your hatred is motivated by RACE...

I agree and disagree with bits and pieces of what some of you guys have been saying. To broaden the spectrum outside of the org...

I think what pisses people off primarily is just the simple fact that she's on top and has been pretty much scandal-free for 10+ years now. I'm sure there are millions who would love nothing more than to see Beyonce fall from grace. It's human nature and a common phenomenon, especially in America. It's not really about the music itself, it's more about the praise and recognition many feel she undeservedly receives from it. You know, she's not good enough to have 16 Grammys already. Why is she everywhere? It ticks people off but that's understandable. It comes with the territory. No one devotes threads like this to Ashanti because she's not seen as a threat. Beyonce is the #1 black female in the game right now and with that brings the expected shade.

Prove it! Since you seem to know sooooo much about the racial identity of every Orger, let's see you break it down for us.Tell us what race every Orger is.

Just because Prince is a black artist doesn't mean his fans are black. His fanbase is overwhelming white. Everybody knows that. And any black person who comes on prince.org will see it by the comments posted. We don't talk this way, we don't think this way, we don't act this way

so basically, you're saying that you "know" how black people are supposed to talk, how they are supposed to think and how they are supposed to act? hmmm

Second thing, the hatred I've seen so far on Prince.org against Beyonce (and also several other black artists) convinces me that RACE has a LOT to do with that. It's obvious. And people try to act like it's all fun. Bullshit. Some comments made against her are borderline racist and offensive. Something that only white people would do.

So,it's not possible to simply dislike an artist without race playing a factor? confuse Is it possible that someone could genuinely dislike Beyonce and her music?

We, black people don't make fun of our black artists like that. Never.

Oh really? rolleyes I've seen black comedians say some of the most horrible, offensive things about Michael Jackson (before his death)...far worse than any of the anti-Beyonce comments that I've seen on this site.

We, black people, always support our black artists. It has always been that way. Even those we don't like. We support them anyway because they're black.

You are insane rolleyes

So,what you're saying is,you support "every" black artist because this is a racist world we live in.Using your logic, every black person should support R.Kelly (despite the fact that he molests young girls) and they should also support all of the thuggish rappers, too. So what if they send bad messages to the young people? They're "black",so every black person must support them, right? rolleyes That is total bullshit.

Well, being a fan of BOTH(my two fave artists of all time), their lane is different. Stevie is a child of the 60s and 70s and pretty much made music for his era. He's more traditional. Beyoncè does the same thing with regards to her era. She's more contemporary.

Her thing is female empowerment anthems that females can relate to and that can be danced too, though the woman has more ballads than uptempos and her uptempos are only that in comparision for the genre she is, as opposed to what Madonna and Britney. Not to mention, though Bey is not an instrumentalist, she is a great musician with regards to vocal arrangements. Completely different lanes and as a fan of the both of them, I appreciate what they they do.

Not to mention, the music that she does is her lane. Been doing it since the The Writings on the Wall days and is considered a pioneer of bringing what Lauryn and Mary did and making it uptempo-dance radio friendly. Her and Mariah. And her biggest hits stays on the charts for a long time(especially in comparison to her "peers" and they STILL get play even now. You may not like it, but millions does. And I have a feelings that they will continue to years down the line.

Nope, my friend you didn't respond
Since Beyonce is so bad tell us about the white entertainers who are not embarrassment...

Tell us...

That's because I don't argue with crazy or any of its related synonyms. If it's any consolation, I don't like Britney Spears' music -- I put them in the same category.

Now then, I'll leave you to your storied race-sleuthing, amigo.

Is it because you don't like uptempo songs, at least from the today's contemporary artists(not comparing yesteryear's uptempos, I can admit they are better than today's for the most part, so let't not go there)? Because what Britney does and what Beyoncè in regards to that are completely different in terms of genre and sound. Believe it or not.
