Obseity is on the increase because we have too much food because were greedy, we work the land too hard. Throw most of what we have stashed in the bin whilst people are starving across the world.

We are made to become selfish. Most people aren't happy with themselves.

They show you chip adverts at 10.30 at night. Telling you to drink diet coke that is stuffed with neuro-toxins via artifical sweetners filling the kids full of it with their sugar free claims.

Seeing distorted images of people in magazines that have been air brushed to their skinny perfection, whilst obviously the constant bonbardment of tv ads are feeding you up, making you eternally unhappy.

Love your kids, get into nature, turn off the damn puter (yes i'm very guily) and the tv!
