Identity said: The official album cover. First saw this video on BETJ last Friday. I didn't know how to feel about it then, but when I seen it again later that night I was hooked. I really enjoyed the video for "Tightrope" (maybe it's the shrink in me)

I had just those clips on a loop for hours yesterday. Wow, it was even better than I expected! Finally some funky, fresh, melodious music. I think this album obliterates her previous EP. She's really found her sound. I just hope this bizarro image/concept that she's created doesn't put some people off the music. She doesn't need any gimmicks, and deserves success on talent alone.

At least Diddy is letting her do her own style of music and not trying to push her to some shit hip-hop direction.

At least Diddy is letting her do her own style of music and not trying to push her to some shit hip-hop direction. I think it's a just marketing/distribution deal. The Chase was out a full year independently before Bad Boy gave it a mass release "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Most of the tracks remind me of a young MJ and some hints of James Brown.
