Chicanos been lowriding since the 1930's! They invented it. Same with the "loc's" sunglasses (as in "locos"). Pimpin and swangin is one thing, but being a cholo is another. If it wasnt for stealing on the Chicano style, them LA rappers couldnt compete against the TRUE Hip-Hop style of New York.
