Meh. So cliche confused

BklynBabe has Janet listed as her #1 favorite, so J.J. hasn't been left out. lol

lol...she's not my number one favorite, but I do love me some Janet! There are some awesome female voices out there, but they don't get material good enough to suit their voices. I also like a good beat when I listen to music.

Another voice I love is Celine Dion! But her older stuff. I'm also dabbling a bit with her French songs.

And I actually like Rihanna's Bajan warble. She actually has a pretty strong voice to sing some of the song she does and you can tell she is getting training.

Beyonce has an awesome voice but her songs are getting repetitive. Kelly Rowland actually has a better voice but her material is junk. Faith Evans has a strong voice too.

Some really great voices are in gospel: Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, Fantasia, Coko, etc, etc, that's truthfully where I believe you will find your strongest female voices. Take it to chuuuuuch!

I try to think in terms of whose songs are NEVER tried on AI or whose songs are hardly ever covered.

Teena
Chaka
Patti
Christina Aguilera

And I love Amy Lee live. She sounds better live than on her albums.

As a side note...anyone who puts Bouncy on this list is nuts lol
