Just heard the single "sex therapy" Robin Thicke sounds more like classic prince than prince does now.

I heard the title track Sex Therapy and if the rest of it, is like that, he may be right.

There seems to be a lot of Prince-ly inspiration going around lately.

Notice anything familiar? giggle
I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

There's a difference between inspiration and jacking something for your own. That pic proves it.

Of course if we want to get honest...our buddy prince did a fair amount of inspiration/jacking from the likes of james browne, al green, sly stone, and hendrix for example. Even his dancing in the early years was similar to Mick Jagger.

Now what makes you think it was jacked? Surely the eagle eyes that keep this place in check, couldn't possibly have let this just slide by. giggle

Yeah RIGHT.

I'm so tired of this guy (Robin Thicke). The only comparison he should make regarding himself, is with Eric Benet and Maxwell... both MUCH better singers, and he seems 2 emulate them both.

This wannabe JT needs to just do a good album and shut up with the HYPE about who he is like. I mean just think of the motherfucking BALLS of an artist with almost no catalog or identity in music saying "im this or that" , Im mean who did this shit years ago?? Did Mariah Carey come out and say "im the new Aretha Franklin, except i got much much better LEGS"? Did Prince or MJ come out and say "This new album Is James Brown with attitude" i mean give me a break with these assholes and their statements, GFY mr. thicke
