I am just wondering what version of Shakira do you like.

Do you like the Mosca Las Casa Shakira with black and red hair or the English crossover Shakira with blonde hair.

to tell you the truth i like Shakira before 2001 her music was a lot more solid i saw her on MTV Unplugged th other day back in 1999 and all i have to say is what a transformation. Shakira back then did not seem very sexually oriented like she is now.

There is no doubt that she is talented but her music has been lackluster and generic with no real music we can really remember excpet for "No" back in 2005 on her Spanish version.

I am tired of her doing mediocre songs like Hips Don't Lie or She Wolf she is so much better than that

Shakira before 2001. Her voice was still normal and I've always said she's a fabulous song writer. Listening to her new stuff really makes me sad

I remember when her first english video premiered on TRL, and I remembered her from Sabado Gigante(yes I watched that!) and her performances were CRAZY! She did one song where there were ribbons and explosions and half naked male dancers and lights and shit, it was hype as fuck! Somehow I knew when she crossed over she would or would be watered down.

Just heard "She Wolf" for the first time. I quite like it, to be honest. The instrumentation is nice and the use of vocoder gives it more of a European edge, as opposed to the US R&B sound that she was appropriating during one period.

The track borrows a lot from the late-70s, early-80s and you seriously can't hate those strings and the guitar parts. Her singing doesn't perfectly match the feel of the rest of the track though, and the lyrics seem to be sort of silly (well, it's a Shakira song).

... and I don't know how to say this, but I really like her shoes too in that video.
