Lil Kim aka "The Queen Bee" is slated to get her two step on, March 9, when she hits the stage on ABC's hit show "Dancing With The Stars" !

Following last season's cast, that included R&B star Toni Braxton, Lil Kim will be joined by comedian David Alan Grier (Boomerang, Comedy Central's "Chocolate News), MTV personality Steve-O and actress Denise Richards according to a statement issued by ABC Sunday.

Lil Kim, known for hit albums including "La Bella Mafia," "The Naked Truth" and "Hardcore" in addition to the hit BET series "Countdown To Lockdown," was recently portrayed by actress Naturi Naughton in the January blockbuster 'Notorious'.

According to ABC, 13 celebrities will compete on the eighth season of 'Dancing with the Stars' kicking off March 9.

Pop star Jewel and her husband Ty Murray, Gilles Marini, Belinda Carlisle, Lawrence Taylor and Nancy O'Dell round out the cast.

I do, but I don't tend to watch SYTYCD as much as DWTS. I think I like DWTS better because of the format. I like to see "has beens" or "hardly known" stars trying to get on their feet and do a competition. I also like the fact that stars that you were never big fans of (for me it was Brooke Burke) win the show and show you how good she is.

Besides, I have become a fan of some the dancers on the show. Maxim, Derrick and Cheryl are my favorites.

Will there be a pole involved?

Wouldn't it be more comfortable for her to practise without high heels ?

well the majority of the women always dance in heels on this show, so i would think it's better to practice in heels because she's going to be wearing heels during the actual performance
