I don't hate him, i hate this wack ass album. I could care less if he goes double platinum. I won't be one of the ones who purchased it. Hell for all we know all of his hollywood buddies may have purchased it. LL cool J's weakest albums sound better than this garbage. Don't laugh at my funk

Okay, what's that supposed to mean, that the album is good? I've news for you, it doesn't. All it means is that Jamie and the rest of the people who are on that album, have fans that will listen to anything they put out. It does not mean that it is a good cd, by any stretch of the imagination. It is also a result of good marketing, which today's music seems to need more of than the music of my generation. Used to be, when one hears about an album, word of mouth would do the trick....Now, you need a video to enforce that "word"....that's a shame. Okay, what's that supposed to mean, that the album is good? No, it means that Foxx has developed exceptional self-confidence in his selling abilities. | |

He as well as the artist on that song have developed their own fan base, so of course their fans will by it. It STILL does not mean that it is ANY good. What is also means is that there are some people who really don't know or give a shit anymore about what good music is or sounds like....and that is a damn shame... Each one of these artists has their own fan base so, of course people will buy it. It still does not mean that the song is any good. Then again, they really are not looking at the quality of the song, just the money that they can get from "milking", this cash cow. But 2-3 decent songs per disc out of 3 discs ain't a good average. He coulda eliminated the bullSHIT and had one solid 12 track album. But NOOOOO he gotta pull another Emancipation out his ass. Believe it or not today was only the 2nd time i listened to both prince cd's all the way through since i picked it up march 31. I got a chance to digest it all. I actually dig 6 songs on MPLSound but and about a handful on lotusflower. I know a lot of people aren't feeling it but i think it's an hell of an improvement over planet earth but i can understand vintage prince fans not liking it. Here is my jam too off of MPLsound.
