When you put out material like this, you should never even bother mentioning that you studied at Juilliard.

If there is one song that I cannot stand, it is this one!! The material on this CD is a far cry from the material that is on his debut that came out in the 90's. "Peep This", was a good CD and showed that he had potential. I don't know what in the world he is trying to do or be. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

LOL! It's kinda catchy, I'll admit. But it's kinda depressing too for some reason. Jamie's trying to be that old guy still at the club, I guess. It's working for him at least. His CD is selling consistently. "Be glad for what you had baby, what you've got..."

The reason why it is selling is because, some of these youngsters don't know what good music is. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

Gawd make it stop. Not another auto-tune disaster. I haven't listened to urban/pop radio in about 2 years. I guess I haven't missed much huh? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'll play it first and tell you what it is later. -Miles Davis-

I couldn't have said that better myself, Blaque. Like I said in a previous post, his debut CD, "Peep This" was great. I'm just not feeling anything that he's done since then. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

Someone needs to step in and smack this cat about his music and his acting, both are borderline shit "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

I do want to see this new movie he's got coming out with Robert Downey Jr. At least I think it's with Robert. He plays a mentally disturbed genius musician who plays the cello on the city streets. 60 Minutes ran a special about the guy the movie's based on. Looks kinda interesting.....
I still think the best song he's ever written was "Let Me Be Your Tennis Ball (Smack Me Up Against the Wall,)" the sweet ditty he made for Serena Williams. If he'd make an entire CD with songs like that, I'd buy two copies!! "Be glad for what you had baby, what you've got..."

so basically he's will smith minus the good looks, musical talent and humility. jamie getting overexposed and quick... this song sucks, the vid is overly self-indulgent and sounds like some left over TPain shit. yeah Jamie...blame it on the alcohol cuz you missed your ride with this one.
