Uh...no

Off The Wall 30 is apparently
the original album with the original single mixes/edits with one or 2 unreleased tracks and a DVD

2 unreleased tracks? hmmm outtakes, perhaps? And what will be on the DVD?

I bet one of the 'unreleased' tracks will be Sunset Driver which has already been on The Ultimate Collection.

1 or 2 outtakes and maybe some demos that was supposed to be released on the 2001 edition like the demos to Rock With You and Off The Wall

the DVD will probably be the videos, the She's Out Of My Life is one of the few videos he hasn't put on a video release

I've heard that it may feature live performances from that era. I'm thinking:

Rock With You from the "Because We Care" benefit show
the performances from Diana Ross' 1981 special

maybe some clips from the Destiny and Triumph Tour is what I'm hoping for lol

I've thought about that too, but SonyBMG talked to a particular fan and said that the Sunset Driver won't be the track lol
but it may get on there since the version we have is the demo, apparently

btw, some snippets of Starlight, Slapstick, and the demo of Baby Be Mine were leaked last week

Have you noticed that KISS 98.1 always plays the song "Off The Wall"? lol That's gotta be one of their most-played songs.

3. "One Day in Your Life" (Armand/Brown) – 4:15
4. "Cinderella Stay Awhile" (Sutton) – 3:08
5. "We've Got Forever" (Willensky) – 3:10

That album is insanely underrated, Incredible songs.

Yeah "We've Got Forever" is one of my favourite Michael songs ever. Incredible vocals and great song. I love the Music and Me album too. Michaels voice was at its peak when he was going though puberty.

I haven't listened to 98.1 in months lol but when I did, they did play Off The Wall and the disco remix of Shake Your Body all the time lol

So funny that Motown can go ahead re-releasing what the general public deems Michael Jackson's PRE-career turds, but Rick James catalog stays out of print except for Street Songs.

Music And Me has been on CD before... they all have. I'm surprised y'all don't already have this shit. Why would you want the sequences of 4 albums spread over THREE discs... doesn't that fuck everything up?

Finances the way they are, it'll be best to release them separately. Eddie Kendricks' solo output had that same problem. Two sets of albums released during his first and second half in Motown were released in box sets too.

I just think it is fucked up that the album sequences of Ben and Music And Me will be probably be starting or ending midway due to the space on the 3 DISCS?

I love me some Michael Jackson & i'm glad they are re-releasing his solo albums but i'm waiting for motown to come to their senses and re-release all The Marvelettes albums on CD....Or give them a complete anthology complete with unreleased gems which i'm sure they have plenty.

i know wheres Michael Jackson 20th Century Anthology? LOL

falloff

Some of those compilations were either EPs or bootlegs! lol

This was the real compilation list for MJ only:
The Best of Michael Jackson (1975)
Anthology (1986; 1996)
20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection: The Best of Michael Jackson (2001)
Hello World (2009)

This is just for MICHAEL JACKSON excluding the Jackson 5 (for the most part). I think Tamla-Motown issued a Love Songs compilation featuring him and Diana Ross too. Some of the J5 compilations don't even look that legal to me or it came out of Motown and released through a subsidiary that has since disbanded.
