Fun Rothko story, I was at the Tate Modern, ogling Rothko (as I am a fan) while my friend Jake was trailing behind. The Rothko room is huuuuge; real high, spaceous, and it's rectangular, with two opposing entrances at one far end. I was very referential; the paintings are huge too and I love them, as did the dozens of other peeps in that room. I was keeping an eye out for Jake, and after a few minutes he strolled in, stood still for two seconds and then without particularly addressing me, said, real loudly; "What a load of bullshit!" and walked out straight to the other entrance. Hehehe. I had to practically run out and got violent giggles immediately outside of the room. I love Jake. |
