I used to love that "windup toy" intro, because you knew the funk was coming. In fact, it gave you just enough time to get to the dance floor! Can't find this CD anywhere, doesn't look like one was ever pressed, but I've seen a couple of "Sun" compilation CD's. Amazing the amount of funky music that is turning up M.I.A. these days. I would love to find a remastered/import of this album floating around in CD form somewhere!

PDogz I had a stuffed bear that played "You Are My Sunshine" when i was little, and I can't forget all of the little Fisher Price pocket radios i had.
Man so many good memories associated with this song for me, Summer of 78. I'm glad I don't have to search, I own it in it's original format.. vinyl. Not only was this a great song but a great album to back it up. That Intro.. like PDogz says "you knew the funk was coming". from the time the needle drops. You Are My Sunshine Sun Is Here Dance (Do What You Wanna Do) "groove changer" When You Put Your Hand In Mine the guitar is the shit.. "you mean so much to me yeaah" You're The One "thumpin' bass" Long Drawn Out Thang "mo' thumpin bass" You Don't Have To Hurry "smooth" I Had A Choice "classic cut" Sun Of A Gun "a crazy song for you and me, thats whats this is going to be.."right on" ..... funk non stop [Edited 11/15/07 10:43am]

I have the 'Best of Sun' CD that was released in the late 90s.I love the jam "Radiation Level" and the slow jams "I Had A Choice" and "Baby I Confess".Sun is a very underrated funk band.
