Fergie's Glamorous Life The song "Glamorous" by Fergie feat.Ludacrise, makes no sense, I like the dancing, and the musical arrangements, but the lyrics have alot to be desired. First off, she says "all these things don't mean a thing" then why is she flaunting them? I mean if they were truley not important then why you braging about it then? Think about it we the fans put her in her "glamorous life" our hard earned money put all these artist where they are, our devotion to them pays for all these luxuries, they flaunt. I am not saying that these things are bad for someone to have, but don't go telling us that they don't mean a thing, that is not entirely true. At least she did say thank you.

I'm not a fan of this woman at all. I think she's totally unnecessary. Her and Britney should open a pole dancing studio.

If she looks like s***t, and she sounds like s***t, then she must be s***t! Check me out and add me on:

First of all, she's saying that it's a mixed bag. It's nice to have things, take care of yourself, etc, but it doesn't help ease things like loneliness and insecurity. Not the most original idea in the world, but it's better than some "bling yay" or "bling nay" song.
Second, she's trashy and has had horrible collagen injections. But there are a few great dumb-fun pop songs on that album... [Edited 8/2/07 11:14am]

I actually like this song - (I think it's because of the 'Fleetwood Mack' sample)

Can't stand Fergie but must admit I like that song. I'm so ashamed!

All her songs have these sorts of contradictions in them. In "Fergalicious" she's saying how, "I'm not easy I'm not sleazy.." but the video, and the rest of the lyrics put that argument to rest.

She's a little too much hooch for me but I like the song.

When listening to fluff like Fergie it is best to not analyze the lyrics.

exactly, no one listens to Fergie because of her lyrics, it's about dancing and bobbing your head in your car to her well produced tracks.

she is sooo annoying OMG! I kind of like the chorus for big girls don't cry but that 'child misses their blanket line' ruined it for me

Or how about in "London Bridge" when she says she's "such a lady but I'm dancing like a ho." That doesn't make sense but it's Fergie and that track "Mary Jane Shoes" is hot...

I don't mind the song at all. It's light and listenable, at least. Not like I pay attention to Fergie's lyrics anyways...
Sounds like a song Gwen Stefani would easily do. Ooh, little darlin' if you're

Glamorous was in fact a remix of Luxurious that Gwen Stefani turned down

That's the main reason I like the song. I started a thread about GL sounding like Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams" a few months ago. Only a few people responded and those that did said that they didn't hear it.
