Madonna- one of my all time favorite artists! Tied for number 2!

Justin Timberlake- you got me here. I hate him. If that makes me a snob, I'll happily brandish that title.

Timbaland- I like his music, particularly his collabs with Aaliyah and Missy. His newer stuff is produced well, but I hate the singers he writes for, other than Björk.

Amy Winehouse- I don't like most 60s music, so this 60s rehash does nothing for me.

MIKA- I've actually heard the whole album, and I'm a bit of a pop whore. But this grates my last nerve.

Proud to say I am a music snob. I like my music with substance to it. I can't sit back and listen to Sly talking about A Family Affair and then have the same love for most of those artists you named. Those artists except for Amy Winehouse who I have never listened to are dance and fluff music to me.

Amy Winehouse is overhyped. Guess she doesn't suck balls but I don't see why she is hyped like the second coming of Whatshisname (the dude with the beard )

To a certain extent i am but i have my own loyality to the artists i grew up on, they still record, make better music, so i tend to just not listen to the newer artists, though i hear them all the time. As far as the artists you mentioned....

Amy Whinehouse- shes cool, i dont own her stuff or listen to it, but i understand her catching on, but i have seen this before with Fiona Apple.

Justin- Dont like him, but i never did, since the NSYNC days, but its got nothing to do with the whole POP thing, because i like christina,Jessica,Britney and I still the Backstreet Boys where the most talented of all that bunch. With Justin hes just in this place where USHER was, its like shut up and stop talking.

Timbaland- Well i liked him in the 90's but i dont understand him now, he seems to be stuck in the same groove all the time, because the industry is that way. He isnt creating anything cool like he used too.

Madonna- Always liked her, from day one, though i dont like all of her work, its like that with any artist which an actual CAREER, who likes everything someone does.

MIka- no real opinion
