I've been in the mood for some good new dance music lately. What are the dance songs you have been feeling?



Here are some of mine:

LCD Soundsystem- Get Innocuous!

LCD Soundsystem drenches Kraftwerk's "The Robots" in liquid sheet metal with a fabulous breakdown. Unavoidably catchy. To listen, go to the April 4th entry and you can stream the song.

!!!- Must Be the Moon

The most deliriously funky outro I've heard in over a decade. Unbelievable grooves and wicked video!

Mason vs. Princess Superstar- Perfect (Exceeder)

Definitely an ear worm, but bratty, snotty and fun.

Sneaky Sound System- I Love It

Soulful Aussie perfect pop confection.

TV Rock vs. Dukes of Windsor- The Others

Slightly crazed remix that carries a definite aura of the 80s in the chorus.

The "Jackrabbit Remix" of Vagina Power is really doing it for me lately.

Hilary Duff's "With Love" is catchy dance-pop (hell, I like the whole album).

It's much more consistent. I started liking Kylie with Rhythm Of Love, but my real fandom begins with Kylie Minogue.

I think Rhythm of Love is a very solid effort, including the non-singles. "Things Can Only Get Better" sounds like a New Order vamp!

I should add Chromeo's "Tenderoni" and "Fancy Footwork". Even vainandy likes them!
