HUGE fan here!

Radio Activity (1976)... and very experimental, much more experimental than their other work. Couple of "songs" (the fantastic title track, Antenna, etc.), and some "noise" that fits the album perfectly.

Trans Europe Express (77): maybe their masterpiece; contains Europe Endless, Hall Of Mirrors, Showroom Dummies... and the unstoppable 12 minute title track...

The Man Machine (78): yet another classic, not as "harsh" sounding as TEE.

Computerworld (81): I think this was their last really good album. Computer World is maybe my favourite song of them.

Minimum Maximum is great, but it is also a mixed bag for me, cause I do not like some of the "new/refreshed" versions (esp. TEE and Robots). The Man Machine (the song) here is killer and for me the best cut. It surpasses even the studio version a bit wink

have you heard of Can or NEU! ?

maybe not as electronic/dancey, but definitely experimental.

I really love Plastikman aka Richie Hawtins. his '94 lp Musik is my favourite electronic album.

This is a rather brutal edit of a longer song, but it will give you an idea of what he sounds like.

Totally on board! dancing jig

"Computer Love" stands out as one of the most beautiful and tear-jerking displays of synthesizers ever, totally shredding the perception that synthesizers sucked the warmth out of music.
