I love Michael Jackson and have done since I was a kid. He is the ultimate to me, on every level. And in spite of his recent hiatus, I still find myself salivating over the very prospect of a new release.

He's just a wonderful, complex, fascinating human being. And he has a sincerity which very few in the entertainment industry possess.

It also helps that he has a God-given musical gift which no-one around today or even from the past, can hold a candle to.

How refreshing.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really donĀ“t like the idea that he could have it all."

ok he's the "kop" rolleyes but seriously he is no more important than Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, James Brown, Marvin Gaye or.. Prince in Music History and you know Music is not only American Pop Artists.

One reason why I don't normally get involved in MJ threads is that they usually will descend into hating and bashing and sway way off topic from the original thread, I love the Org but sometimes it gets too childish in here. That aside, I can't nor can anybody take away any accomplishment from Michael, he has been in the business for forty years, has been up, way up, WAAYYYY UUPPP, down, way down, WAAYYY DOWN, and has managed to stay alive through it all. I have plenty of Michael and family music in my collection, I don't plan on burying it even if something else happens. He is and always will be in the top tier of music icons, so don't worry about being a fan, you have no reason to fear anybody.

That's what happens when a grown ass man decides to sleep in the bed with kids that aren't even his. There's something wrong with that and no amount of awards or dances can mask that. So you have to take the bad with the good when being a fan of MJ. You can't have it one way.

True, there is no denying that he has been accused of terrible crimes and made some awful choices in life, the accusations alone have done irreparable harm to him. I am not an apologist for him but if the US court system hasn't jailed him, then who are we to continue to hold that against him. Unless you and others here hold not only yourselves and entertainers accountable for every action and choice they make, you will be on a very small island, alone.

Now, I never said he was guilty of anything, I just said there's something very wrong with sleeping in the bed with kids that aren't yours.
