I have to admit, I love this song and even though I don't follow the charts much anymore, I like seeing a song I love hit number 1. Beyonce did the damn thing with this song.

Considering the message, and the video and the catchy "To the left", well more kind of annoying, but it sticks in your head nevertheless; I'm not surprised. But the tune isn't too bad either.

I think it's hilarious how she says, "I can have another you in a minute". Why would you replace him to get another guy just like him? What a dumbass. That and that line about how she bought him a car and he's fucking some other bitch in it....hello, what did you expect, stupid. Let him buy his own shit and you buy your own shit that way if it doesn't work out, you don't lose anything. Why the hell is he living in your mansion and not paying half the rent or at least the utilities...I bet Britney is loving this song (shit, it chronicles her life). I do have to admit that the song is pretty damn catchy though. I heard Ne-Yo co-wrote this song with her. Personally, I liked "Ring the Alarm" better and even it wasn't all that.

Roger Friedman from Fox said he spoke with Beyonce at the DG premiere and she's gonna pay for two more videos out of her own pocket. I don't know why she'd have to pay, but I'm guessing it is so she can have more say? She has been in more control of this BDay project (which could be why things started off rocky). Anyway, he said "Greenlight" was not one of the two songs mentioned, which he thought was unfortunate. "Greenlight" would make a good single even though it sounds like a cross between "Crazy In Love" and "1 Thing," but I'll put my money on "Freakum Dress." It has that PE beat I like. Ya'll know B & Company are gonna use that video to show off some more House of Dereon dresses lol....
