The reason people repeatedly have sex outside and with a prostitute is the same. They do it because of the thrill of doing something taboo, forbidden and that goes against society's norms.
And that thrill of the forbidden is what leads to addiction. People are addicted to prostitutes, the same way George seems to be addicted to doing it outside. Just because you have money doesn't mean you don't have a problem with addiction. The only difference is people addicted to prostitutes can hide it better.
