I like the two of them. I know Mary J. doesnt have "the voice". But who do you think have better records?

I will say Mary J. and then bow out before it becomes a discussion about how terrible her voice is. Her records are consistently good. For all of Mariah's albums and hit singles, how many are considered classics? Very few (if any). She's a singles artist.

I love Mary J but Mariah for me.

Im very new into Mariah´s albums. Iam not sure if she´s actually a singles artist. At least I like her debut, but like Mimi better, and its consistent as album imo.

However I got almost everything by Mary J.

For this time I will say Mary.

Sometimes she sounds like she's going to throw up when she starts doing her runs But when Mary is toned down and focused, she has a wonderful voice. And I don't think anything that Mariah has ever done will Rival Mary's "What's the 411". That album was an instant classic

Mariah. Share My World is hard to listen to...Alot of her albums have the bland R&B vibe to it.

where their voices were most in action.....These do it for me.

Mary J. by a long shot. I can only deal with Mariah in small doses.

I'd have to say Mariah.I'm not a huge fan,but I do like some of her songs.

Mary J. sounds very raw on her music which makes her music better. Technically Mariah has a better voice and I do like her latest album....

Mariah has more vocal skill but she's so damn empty & her songs are - Mary sings from the heart & her songs are better. So Mary for me...

Sometimes Mary’s songs just bring me down.

I think some of Mariah’s better songs are the ones that don’t get released.
