Michael Jackson Facing MORE Child Abuse Allegations! (Civil Case Only!!) Michael Jackson is facing fresh child sex-abuse allegations in a civil lawsuit.
A 20-year-old has filed complaints claiming the pop star molested him as a child, made him have cosmetic surgery and stole his ideas for songs, the man's lawyer said. The allegations relate to the period between 1987 and 1999. Michael Mattern said: "It is alleged that my client was present at Michael Jackson's residences and other places from the age of two to 14 and was molested many times over the course of those years. "There is also an allegation that my client came up with song ideas, lyrics and melodies which were used by Mr Jackson in his records and made an awful lot of money." The man is also alleging that cosmetic procedures were "forced on him", Mr Mattern said. The complaint states the plaintiff was "subjected to unnecessary cosmetic surgery procedures". "I have got photos of my client with these red lips just like you see on Mr Jackson and a big old cleft on his chin which he didn't have previously," he Mr Mattern added. Jackson was cleared of child sex-abuse charges in June after one of the most high-profile trials in history. The case will then be heard at Orange County Superior Court on February 14, Mr Mattern added. The complainant was actually interviewed at length before Jackson's trial after Santa Barbara County authorities appealed for any new accusers to come forward, but no charges relating to his allegations were made. Law-enforcement sources say that was because authorities did not believe his story would stand up in court, according to the New York Post. Source: http://imdb.com/name/nm00...d/33431698

by: Braenchild Projected court testimony : It was 1987... at Neverland. I was... *sniff* 2 years old. The day was warm and sunny. *fist to mouth* And I... *wave of hand* I'm sorry. Okay... so I was minding own business, humming this bassline I made up and... out of nowhere... Mr. Jackson came and pinned me down. *sniff* H-... I'm sorry, gaw. He used Maybelline's "Ravishing Rouge" on my lips and he said, "You look so pretty like a young Liz Taylor." It was horrible, but I couldn't do anything. I was 2, ya know?? So like... 6 months later, I listened to the radio and... OH... mah gawsh... I heard a new song from Mr. Jackson. And it ripped off my bassline!! And what's worse... I wasn't even credited! "Another Part of Me", eh? That's what you stole... a huge part of me. *choke* Haven't you screwed me over enough, Mr. Jackson? I hope you rot in jail for your crimes! Point being: How lame this civil case will be!

That is just stupid, and the sad thing is that there`s probably plenty of people who would believe his story

Its gonna take some really brave person to stand up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. This kinda shit only happens in the U.S. and all u Americans should be ashamed because, quite frankly, the world is laughing at u. Get rid of these ridiculous claims, ignore them, do not allow them to enter the legal or justice system. Its a farce and wouldnt happen anywhere else.

I can´t believe this. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Here we go again. For the millionth time,MJ is in the news for something that has absolutely nothing to do with music. Is this how the rest of his career is gonna be like?

Ya know.....the Gary Glitter shit barely made the news. I realize he was never the star MJ was, but when a proven case of child sex abuse and possession of child porn appears only as a tiny blurb in the back of the newspaper, and a speculated, unproven accusation makes the headlines, something is wrong. I'm still deciding whether or not I should feel sorry for Michael.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Well michael did say himself at the World Music Awards in 2000 never to feel sorry for him because the good aspects of his life have far outweighed the bad. For example, he is living in a palace right now and he has access to anything he wants and also, dontcha think his children are just absolutely beautiful, they are gonna be very good looking when they grow up.
On another note, Prince is like almost 9 now, the same age Michael was when he started his career. In a few years i expect we'll be hearing more from little Prince.

I'm not sure about that. I would say that the disfiguration of his face has a lot to do with it though. Most people, I would say, including myself of course, have an idea of "normal" and when it gets stretched beyond our usual understanding, the least attractive qualities of our humanity can unfortunately be allowed to come out in some individuals. Basically I am talking about ignorance. So in a sense I think there MAY be some bigotry regarding WEIRDNESS involved but I'm not sure about the race card. That, or Michael Jackson is a paedophile who walked free. I think the main problem here is that in the American political and judicial system there is a lot of corruption due to an every-man-for-himself status quo enforced by the government. The people don't want it that way; it should be "by the people for the people", but until the political system changes to a cleaner system (more cooperative, less about money) then these kinds of problems will continue to occur because that system enforced mentality filters down to all levels. And so we get this ridiculousness with Michael Jackson. Takes the focus off the real issues and distracts people from what is important in life. just my . [Edited 1/11/06 6:59am]

[Edited 1/11/06 6:59am] I understand your point, and there's no doubt in my mind that his weirdness is a factor in why he's received the treatment he has from the media and the public. But I don't think that can be the only reason. His celebrity is no doubt a big part of it -he was, and arguably still is, the biggest star in the world. But I don't know if we can discount racism and homophobia entirely. Compare his case to R. Kelly, for example. Anything Michael's been accused of so far has been without solid proof of any kind, and he's a monster and condemned guilty by god knows how many people. But with R. Kelly, there WAS video evidence -but he's a hero and more popular than ever. Perhaps the difference lies in Michael's alledged victims being male. Had he been accused of fooling around with young girls I can guarantee you there'd be a lot less people so eager to paint him as a monster. Or compare him with Gary Glitter. Michael is black, despite his appearance, and anything that could remotely suggest he's a criminal makes international headlines. Gary is white, has spent time in jail for posession of child porn, and has been charged with abusing two pre-teen girls, yet stories of his arrest and sentence barely make the back-of-the-paper blurbs. I don't know whether Michael is guilty or innocent, but I have to wonder at the way the media and general public handle the accusations. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"
