The Rock N Roll hall of Fame.....Really????

Im sure we all have a list of artists that should be in, that never get mentioned or even on the Bill. But i think the last Few years i really think the Voting is insane, who the hell is voting???? HOW can John Mellencamp not get enough Votes 3 years in row BUT the Sex Pistols get in first try, ZZ top gets in First try, even BLONDIE (who i Love) got in on the First try. I know that the RNRHOF isnt about charts, its more about influence, in that respect I can see Blondie in their for the Influence on Artists like GWEN and Madonna and Terri Nunn, etc... But I would put Mellencamp in a class of DYLAN for this generation, I know thats big talk, but if U listen to all the records and NOT just JackNDiane or HurtsSoGood, Mellencamp has influenced many, and carried along the tradition started by the likes of Woody Guthrie and Dylan. Not even counting his Human Rights issues that he has tackled and suffered for by making a stand. There are about 50 artists I would kick out of the RNRHOF in a Second and Replace with Mellencamp or Van Halen and many others on my list, HALL AND OATES, CHICAGO, how are they NOT in yet?????

Blondie is much more qualified and much more influential than John Mellencamp. They also did not get in on their first year of eligibility.
Feel free to join in the Prince Album Poll 2018! Let'a celebrate his legacy by counting down the most beloved Prince albums, as decided by you!

Mellencamp is/was a popular musician but he pales in the shadow of Springsteen.
Theres only so many Bob Dylan wannabes that you can induct into the hall of fame.
