that's just devil's talk right there!! 'The Slightest Touch' was always my favourite, and even moreso when that manky Louise Nurding/Redknapp covered and butchered it a few years ago.
i like Louise so when i heard she was doing this song, i was hoping it would ...well... at least be good. People slag off 'You Rock My World' and 'Another Weekend' but I think they're excellent. love it!!! "Let Me Be Yours" from the same album i've always felt was "Let Me Be The One" part 2

Yeah. New Edition was awful. I don't know why people ignore the actual sounds an artist produces because everybody else says they're good.

Yeah, the Eddie Murphy connection was already posted earlier. New Edition also recorded "Hide And Seek". Who did the song originally?

Me? The Revlon is workin' for the ladies but Stedman might want to get some new mirrors. Maybe it's a British-Brother thing. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."

I'm sorry but New Edition's music holds up better than Five Star's. As cheezy as you may think they were, their music has aged better than 5 Stars. In fact, mad artists are still influenced by their music. Have you heard that new Bow Wow/Ciara track? How many artists today are influenced by 5 Star on the other hand? Plus, New Edition are still popular today and moving forward with their music. Meanwhile, 5 Star is still around, but they're considered a nostalgia act. I'm such a fucking snob aren't I? LOL, I can't believe this thread has gotten this friggin' long. WHY NOW? Five Star gets discussed once a month on this board? Anyway, let me share my
1. Stedman looks like what he always looked like...a European beeyatch 2. New Edition was definitely funkier, but their singing SUCKS! 5 Stars vocals are way better, even though their British pop production is dated, as already mentioned. 3. DORIS!! 4. LMAO @ NE "moving forward with their music". Yeah, they've moved themselves right out of work. 5. NE, 5 Star, and Full Force should go on tour together. 6. Deniece's voice is awesome, and on threads in the past I've likened her to MJ, Stephanie Mills, and Jody Watley, but completely still her own. Ralph Tresvant, on the other hand, has been straining since NE's second album. Let it go, Ralph. Just let it go. 7. DORIS!! I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!
