as far as i am concerned, between 1966 and 1968 up until his mental breakdown, brian wilson was a musicial genius who wrote the greatest songs of the 20th century!...i love the beatles and their collection of songs will last forever but i feel when brian was at his peak and was writing songs like 'good vibrations', 'surfs up' and the perfection that is 'god only knows' and albums like 'pet sounds' and 'smile' even the beatles bowed to him.....
