Annie Lennox is my all time favourite female singer/songwriter/performer!
She's powerful, humane and sensitive! And yes - She has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard! 
My favourite (solo) songs are: "Why" "Precious" "Primitive" "Stay By Me" "Love Song For A Vampire" "No More "I Love You's"" "A Whiter Shade Of Pale" "Thin Line Between Love And Hate" "The Hurting Time" "Loneliness" "Into The West"  | |

I heard it for the first time when I went to see the movie. First the movie floored me and then that song came through the speakers. Everyone was walking out already since no one ever stays to watch the credits and I just sat there going:
