Edit - done, with a few regrets - I've left Tricky and Portishead out from 94-95, which hurts, but I just don't listen to those albums any more.

Neither can I - unless you're some kind of savant, you'll have to use a web resource like Acclaimed Music or the Village Voice Pazz and Jop poll. I just went through every year since 65 and picked my favourite albums from the lists.
