the uk music hall of fame has lost all credibility already by inducting cliff richard from the 50's ahead of great acts like little richard, chuck berry and even frank sinatra.....queen have been inducted ahead of david bowie!!! in the 70,s....michael jackson is in instead of prince from the 80,s and robbie williams is in ahead of radiohead and nirvana in the 90,s!!!!

I've watched the series right through and this would be my pick:

50's - Chuck Berry (Created Rock N' Roll and can be heard as an influence through to the mid-seventies.)

60's - Bob Dylan (One of the greatest poets of all time ... a one off.)

70's - Sex Pistols (Pro-Active, Anti-Establishment Genius.)

80's - Prince (Solely responsible for creating the musical melting pot that we hear today.)

90's - The Prodigy (Brought breakbeat, drum n' bass, techno and dance culture and attitudes to the masses.)

Just my opinion ... The actual public choices are extremely dissapointing.
