Slim Shady Angers Folks With His MJ Mocking!

*The latest video from Eminem has upset a bunch of Michael Jackson fans who don’t appreciate the lyricist’s numerous references to the King of Pop’s child molestation charges.

In addition to playing Michael, Eminem suits up as MC Hammer, Madonna, Pee Wee Herman, the Will Farrell character in “Old School” and the disgruntled Santa Claus character from “Elf” in the video for his latest single “Just Lose It.”

The offending footage, however, centers on scenes of the blonde rapper dressed as Michael Jackson. Eminem performs in concert as the superstar, only to have his hair catch fire. Panic-stricken, he runs through a club and ends up in the men’s rest room from his autobiographical film, “8 Mile.” There, Michael rushes into a stall to put out his flaming hair in the toilet water. He emerges from the stall and comes face to face with B-Rabbit, Em’s character from “8 Mile.” Spoofing the vomiting scene from the film, Rabbit urls all over Michael.

“I’m sorry but I don’t find anything remotely amusing about a white man vomiting on a black man, especially when said white man has written derogatory lyrics about black people in the past,” wrote “Christine E,” one of numerous angry feedbackers who wrote EUR to vent - not only about the video, but against BET’s decision to air it. “I am disappointed in BET, not only because it’s boring, repetitive and riddled with tired clichés (like every other Eminem video) but also because one of the most influential black entertainers of all time is more or less dehumanized throughout the video. Jermaine Jackson was on point when he referred to the media’s treatment of his brother as a “modern day lynching” and while it does not surprise me that Eminem has decided to contribute to it, I am angered that BET has provided him with a platform on which to do so.”

Em raps in the song: “I done touched on everything but little boys; that’s not a stab at Michael, that’s just a metaphor, I’m just psycho.”

Judging from the amount of e-mails railing against the clip, folks aren’t trying to hear Eminem’s lyrical justification for using the lyrics. The video wraps up with Em – as a noseless Michael Jackson – sitting on a bed and staring into the camera as little kids jump on the mattress behind him.

“Eminem has crossed the line...trying to be ‘funny’ with little regard for the children!” wrote feedbacker “Gail,” who described herself as “an outraged mother.” “He tried to cover himself with the “this is not a stab at Michael” line before he carried on with his antics. It’s almost as if, he wanted to make sure that he was covered in the “malice” department. It’s like, he wanted to make sure that it is clear that he is just joking. The problem is, the joke is not funny...it’s just sick. …Pedophilia (or implying pedophilia) is not funny in any way, shape, or form...whether it is in reference to Jackson or not. That was just in poor taste. I mean hell, he may as well have had a Kobe look-a-like raping a girl in his video.”

I just have to sat that Michael Jackson is BEYOND defending. He's such a clueless fellow that he's one of those few cases where you can honestly say that he brought all this upon himself. Enough with him I say.

It doesnt make much difference whether a closet case homo rapper tries to degrade a living legend. Michael Jackson is the Jesus of the 20 and 21st century and will die a martyr with his millions of fans worshipping him as a God!

Michael Jackson is not over, he will live Forever!

in our adversarial justice system, the basic principle is innocent until proven guilty. under the assumption that mj is innocent, i fail to see how someone being accused of a crime brought the charges upon him or herself. i fail to see how the mockery of this man's life has been something he brought upon himself. has he had surgery and fucked up his appearance? sure. who cares? does this mean he molests children and should be the center of child molestation jokes? absolutely not. even if he is guilty of the charges, the fact that someone would poke fun at pedophilia is a disgrace. as for the joke about his hair catching on fire...how did mj bring that upon himself?

as trashy as eminem is he has an awful lot of nerve poking fun of ANYONE else. i get it though, he's trying to be funny and yes, even pwt deserve a laugh. if you wanna make fun of mj's appearance...sure, i guess, go ahead. perhaps that iss one thing he brought upon himself. leave the kiddie jokes out of it.

the funny thing is i'm far more annoyed by comments sticking up for em than i am by anything em's done. hell, sometimes the guy actually releases a decent track and a cool video.

I agree with innocent until proven guilty but then again as Chris Rock yelled, "Another Kid!" Michael NEVER should've been within 100 ft. of another kid after the hell he went through last time. THAT Michael brought upon himself.

so, if you are accused of anything you should change your life because of it? don't get me wrong...at the age of 46, i wouldn't hang out with little kids at all (regardless of accusations). if he's innocent, however, is it not possible that he simply said to himself "well, i've done nothing wrong and i'm not going to act as though i'm a criminal." assuming he's innocent, mj may have just decided that he wasn't going ot change his life because of lies. i can't blame him. if someone says i'm a thief, am i going to stop going to department stores? (yeah, bad analogy but i hope you get my point)

It seems to me that Michael Jackson is just someone who is detatched from reality in every sense. He's prone to making his life harder then it should be. Sure he shouldn't HAVE to change his life, but being the person that he is it would be nice of him to just once THINK about what might happen if he takes a course of action. "When I put out this album there's a very good chance it won't do as good as "Thriller". Should I even try holding such high expectations?" "Do I really need to record an album for 4 years?" "I've had a lot of plastic surgery and I'm starting to look unnatural. Don't I think it's time I stop before I start to really look freaky?" "My association with children is harmless, but I live in a paranoid world where adults and kids don't regularily mix as companions who have slumber parties. It's probably best I stop, right?"

Did any of you read this paragraph?

Eminem is a racist wanker, and BET miss that fact. Strange that. sad

BET are in debt to MJ if anything. He was the breakthrough Black artist on MTV. They should at least give MJ props by dropping that tosser Eminem from their playlist.

sad

No one is going to pay attention to him if he didnt come out like this. Had 2 do something, even if it is at the expense of making fun of a African American icon.
Now even if MJ bleached his skin and looks past white, he is still a black man.

Im still gonna buy his album despite this because he is a talented Producer and rap artist. Although he has been slipping since i heard d-12's new cd. Un-inspired.
