anyone have that multi-disc set of samples Prince put out a couple years ago? anyone using it on any of your own recordings?

doubt that this will ever come out, considering the publishing deal with universal (they are the adminstrators and he would miss out on lots of $$)and the fact that he doesnt own the WB masters.

That is just another of those things that has been on the "Coming Soon" list 4 the better part of what, 2 year now? I can see DJs and producers buying it, but I know that I certainly wouldn't drop $700 on a bunch of sound samples that I couldn't use 4 anything.
