What if COME and TGE had been a double album I read Uptown and found an interesting article about how all the tracks used on Come and on The Gold Experience were recorded around the same time. Imagine if Prince had NOT fallen out with Warner Bros and had released the following double CD in 1994 (on the back of the success of TMBGITW):
Dark Disk: What's My Name Endorphinemachine Shhh We March Pheromone Loose Papa Race Dark Strays Of The World Gold Disk: Days Of Wild TMBGITW Dolphin 18 & Over Acknowledge Me Ripopgodazippa Shy Billy Jack Bitch I Hate U Gold B Sides: P Control, Now, 319, Rock N Roll Is Alive Missing trax for a vault album: Come Space Solo LetItGo 'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.

oh, please no! not another "what if?" -thread?
no seriously speaking, I have been thinking about the same thing. but really don't be so adamant on all those tracklinstings. you know "this is how it should have been done exactly and it would have been the best album in the world!". cos' fankly my dear, that's a shitey attitude. anyway, you can always burn such CDs for yourself.

I am not saying this is what *should* be done. I just think it's fun to play what if games when I got f&*k all else to do at work! 'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.
