if you could go back in time to a year to watch him record an album while knowing the outcome of how it would sell and the response it got,which album would it be and what would you say to warn him?

I'd like to watch him recording Controversy. I always wondered what was really going on as he sang Do Me Baby.

i'd wanna be sitting in the listening party when he debuted ATWIAD...i remember reading a story about it, and how he showed up in a kimono. i think seeing that spectacle and hearing that album for the first time would be just, i dunno, BEYOND.
