Purple Rain is coming on the USA network tonight! Now I know y'all have seen this flick about 50 billion times. But would it kill you if you saw it for the 50 billionth and first? Anwyays, it's coming on tonight at 1AM ET/12 CT. I mean, come on, this is one of the coolest movies ever anyways, right? This is Prince we're talking about. You can't miss it.

I'll watch it if I am still awake and online, which I probably will be. I have it on DVD and VHS but the VCR is broken and the PS2 is in my room, which I'm never in, so I haven't watched it in a hella long time.

Does USA still cut a lot of it out? I saw it on there a few years ago and whole scenes were missing. "Did u love somebody

I wonder why it's not one of VH1's 'Movies That Rock?' They show 'Footloose' and 'Grease' over and over, but I never see 'PR.' | |

When I was younger my mom made a version of it for me to watch where she cut that part out and his performance of "Darling Nikki"...Also, the part where his dad "hurts" himself. i've seen it on vh-1 before....it was a looooong time ago though, like 5 years or so ago. I've seen Grafitti Bridge on VH-1 before...In fact, that was the first time I ever saw Grafitti Bridge. That wasn't the best Prince movie ever, but I really liked it. Whatever happened to the....the girl who starred in with him? They cut out the Love Scene in Prince's Bedroom with him and Appolonia...They only showed her part with him going KING KONG! | |
