Probably because it's a photoshop competition, it's become a beast of it's own over the past few months since I started it with those Purple Rain screencaps, (man, that was some funny sh*t!), and because we want quality submissions, not hack jobs - and unfortunately, that's how paintshop looks most of the time. Oh, and uh...because I said so? I mean, hey - if u wanna sweat it out over other programs 4 this, then knock yourself out and feel free 2 submit your pics, but they won't be eligible when the competition closes. Sorry, but that's the way it is, and that's the way it's gonna stay. Lemmy, Bowie, Prince, Leonard. RIP. |
