I've been a fan since I was about 10 maybe even younger (I remember seeing purple rain at the drive-in and thinking these people are so cool!  )....mother and siblings influence mainly. I'm 25 now and he has remained one of my favorite artists. I just remember my younger brother going around singing "tick tick bang" and my older brother yelling at him and telling him not to sing it. I think a lot of the lyrics went over our heads then... | |
