Reflection

No Prince song ever grew up so fast in me. I didnt care for it when i first heard months before the album. Now i love this track, i think it is one of the most beautiful song he ever did, i think it´s so simple, deep, and sincere. it´s very catch i sing the song all the time in my head. maybe it´s just me, but it is my favorite in a longggg time. and it is so simple, SO SIMPLE, strange.

It is a beautiful song...I can imagine seeing him singing it, sitting on a stool, playing his guitar...

Just another beautiful side of his multi-faceted songwriting ability. He can rock you out...and he can rock you gently(as in cradle-like).

It has now become my favorite on Musicology. My only complaint is that it's so short. That pisses me off...

When i heard it on Tavis i didn't like it.

But that was sort of a folk rendition. Even with the wonderful Wendy, it scared the hell out of me --- i though "this album is doomed"

Did you first hear it there?

Short and sweet, those are the best ones. They keep you playing 'em over and over again.
