If Prince put out his own line of clothes, would you buy them? I think Prince is one of the most fashionable people in showbiz. He wears some of baddest(good)clothes I've seen.
I would definitly love to have some of his gear in my size of course __________________________________________________

YES of course, though I'm SO SURE that I couldn't fit the pants.. lol they'd be to short.. lol but honestly I wouldn't use the clothes to wear, I'd just be very carefull with it, and show all my friends that Prince had worn this.. but I'm sure if he sold some of his clothes it would be sold for millions!!

I think his taste in fashion has tamed down a lot over the last 5 years. I love exciting clothes. I love Gaultier, Custo, Prada, and Paul Smith, but Prince, I don't think so.

The question is Who wouldn't buy them????? I've always loved his style and wish some of his NPG wear would reflect Prince's clothing.

hell no! That's just stupid. anyone who buys P's clothes should change their fan status to obsessed. Haters travel in packs and they are offended or threatened by klhk, haters express intense hostility toward the subject of hate. Haters are annoyed and roll thier eyes when klhk is paid a compliment. ask yourself, are u a hater?

I'd buy the wilder range of Prince's clothes 4 parties, and the more tamed ones 4 "normal" days.
but that is, if he's not going 2 charge us too much 4 it.

Yeah, I've noticed his choice of clothing has been a lot more conservative over the past few years! What's up with what he has been wearing lately? It's not daring or even close to being sexy like it was back in the day. Is his age making him soft? He shows NO skin at all, and he wears clothes with tacky drawings on them like the shirt with the fingers playing the keys on the front. Bleh!!! Put on something that another wouldn't dare like back in the day, dammit!! Back in the day, you could just look at him and see that this brother was crazy, so just imagine what his music was like. Nowadays, he dresses as blandly as his clothes and most of his performances!

When "Purplewear" existed in 1984, I wanted the black jumpsuit that looked like the one he wore when he was throwing rocks in the lake in Purple Rain.
Of course, I was 13 then. I don't think PRINCE even dresses like Prince anymore. He seems to be settling into his turtleneck sweater thing more and more these days.

I think since Parade, P's taste in clothes is great. I loved his fits during Lovesexy, Grafitti Bridge and D&P especially: put that man in a suit, high-waisted pants, a tight jumpsuit or a phat-ass long coat & you're killing me!
I would never wear them myself b/c I think they'd only look really good on him - that's why I like them so much, they're original & they're all his. Frankly, I'd hate to see a bunch of freaky P fans running around in his clothes - it would make his look less special. Besides, there's too much of that @ the concerts already! * I'm wondering how P feels about people dressing up like him? Maybe he likes it since they host look-alike contests @ the Celebration. Wonder why people like that stuff? :O

Prince's clothes work for HIM and him only.I could never imagine going around town dressed like him.How silly would we look dressed like that??

YES! "not a fan" yeah...ok

It depends on which clothes he put out. The suit and ties he wore during Parade, SOTT and Lovesexy were very cool. The suits during the Batman phase were cool as well, with the mini buttons. I like a lot of his clothes, but some of them only he can wear and get away with it.

There are some pieces I would purchase like those yellow hip huggers cut on a slant. Now I would sport those and some other pieces, but Princes style kinda fits just him.

Susan Rogers Remembers A Meeting Between Two Musical Giants from Uptown Magazine #45:
...Prince's father and Miles hit it off very well. They were both a bit eccentric and crazy. When we were in the studio, Prince's father looked at Miles and said, "I liked those pants, the striped pants you were wearing at the Grammy Awards." And Miles said to him, "I don't own no striped pants." And Prince's dad says, "Yes, you do, I saw you in them. You were wearing them at the Grammy Awards." They're going back and fourth, discussing the existence of the striped pants. Prince was looking at me over their shoulder and he was just rolling his eyes and trying hard not to laugh. Finally, Miles says, "Yes, I remember now, I do have striped pants. They're made out of eel." And then he spun around and stuck his face right in front of mine, three inches away, and said, "Eel, like in Vietnam." It was so funny, we just laughed so hard. it made no sense, "Eel, like in Vietnam." We didn't know what he was talking about. Too funny! peace!
