There may not be another celebration. I think there'll be something eventually for us again. The true test will be what will happen after all of this Musicology. What will he release...and how big will he want it to be. Will he want to be big like now. I think he was just doing it to prove something...like it can be done. I am liking this similarly to that of James Brown Living in America or Santana coming back...though the difference is that they were making a comeback and he's not. He's just putting the spotlight on himself again.

To me, this whole year is a Celebration. And I save on air fare and motels. Prince is coming to my neck of the woods, Musicology is wonderful and getting much deserved praise. Celebrate good times, come on. Sorry Kool and the Gang.
And I have a feeling there might be another one in Minnesota, if Paisley Park isn't sold or bulldozed.
On the other hand, I do kinda feel where you're coming from. I went to the last one in 2002. It was my first time to Paisley Park and me and my boyfriend had a blast. There's just something about fans coming together from all over the world and gathering at the Park that is special.
