My girlfriend has an open mind about Prince, and I've decided to make a CD of 20 tracks for her so she can see Prince in all his glory. Which 20 would you recommend? I want a mixture of styles, but something she will enjoy (i.e some tracks aren't for everyone)

2) " Savour" (from "Emancipation")
3) "One kiss at a time" (from emancipatiom)
4) "Diamonds and pearls" (self titled)
5) "Insaitible" or "Scandulous" (D and P and Batman soundtrack)
6) "Most beutiful girl in the world" (Gold experience)


It's hard, I've tried this before a couple of times and have got it wrong! I casually play a track that should not interest her and she would say "Why didn't u put this on my cassette?" Maybe mix it with other artists plus some girls don't like the mushy stuff!


I've had a couple of girls who love Babyface ballads!

But maybe she only want's funky stuff?

I recorded this Double CD severall times for friends & family, and the only thing they could say to me after listening both cd's: "Oooooohhhh....Is this Prince??!!! Wow man, didn't know he made such good music!
